About the Presenter
Shaun Ginter is a seasoned leader in the healthcare services industry, with a resume of executive level management positions and a celebrated aptitude for driving profitable growth. As the president and CEO of Urgent Care Centers of New England / CareWell Urgent Care, Shaun has harnessed his operational expertise to propel CareWell forward as a leading provider of on-demand, high quality and affordable neighborhood healthcare in New England. CareWell’s patient-centered approach, full time Board-certified physicians and emphasis on full collaboration with the patient’s regular healthcare team ensures patients receive the highest quality care available.
Prior to joining CareWell, Shaun was the COO of Solantic Walk-In Urgent Care (now CareSpot) of Jacksonville, Fla., one of the nation’s largest providers of urgent care, wellness and occupational health services. During his four years with Solantic, Shaun’s effective operational strategies and tactical expertise in retail-driven environments allowed the company to grow from 11 to 37 clinics. Shaun has also held executive positions as the CEO of both Goverline and Blue Medical Supply, Inc., and Regional VP for Rite Aid Drug stores.
Shaun currently holds board positions with Urgent Care Centers of New England, Inc., Urgent Care Association of America, Urgent Care Assurance Company, and Northeast Regional Urgent Care Association. He is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives, National Association of Corporate Directors, and the Association of Corporate Growth. Shaun holds BSBA and MBA degrees.
